Kenya's Priscah Jeptoo claimed silver and Tatyana Petrova, of Russia, came third for bronze.

This was her day no rain or anything was going to deny her golden moment, as she coasted in and raised her hands as she crossed the line, soaking in the moment, and what a golden moment was for her and all Ethiopians!!!
