The British PM David Cameroon had hosted in London an international conference on Somalia. The conference is intended to help build the fragile leadership tackle terrorism, piracy and hunger. The conference was attended by several national and international leaders including British PM David Cameron, Ethiopian PM Meles Zenawi, Officials of the Somalia transitional Government, U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Cinton and United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon.
Somalia has been without any proper central government for the last two decades, suffered repeated famine, bloodshed and abject poverty. Many argue these conditions might have led to instability in that country as well as in the region. The Somalia problem often affects neighbouring countries Ethiopia and Kenya in form of disrupting their own peace and dealing with refuges. As well as instable Somalia has become refuge to home grown pirate who instigated disruption vital trade route and kidnapping of civilians.
Do you think the London conference would help create stable Somalia?

I don't think the conference will help rebuild Somalia. Somalia can only be rebuild by Somalians themselves when they are ready!
