Ethiopia PM Hailemariam Dessalegn arrived in Kenya on Wednesday afternoon for a two-day State Visit.
The plane carrying the Prime Minister and his delegation touched down at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and was received by Kenyan President Mwai Kibaki and senior Kenyan and Ethiopian officials.
The Ethiopian Prime Minister inspected a guard of honour mounted by a detachment of the Kenya Air Force before being entertained by troupes of choirs and cultural dancers.
The two leaders are later scheduled to hold bilateral talks at State House, Nairobi.
PM Hailemariam will on Thursday hold a breakfast meeting with the business community among other activities.
The Premier is accompanied by Finance and Economic Development Ministers Ato Sufian Ahmed, Surafiel Mhreteab Abed (Prime Minister's office), Government Communication Affairs Minister Bereket Simon and Acting Foreing Affairs Minsiter Birhane Gebrekirtos.
